The "What's Happening Now" Follow Up Project is a publication that lets everyone know what is happening to past and present Silver Lining Ranch participants; the children's "Internet" allows them to communicate with each other and keeps them informed; written by the children for the children.

Medical Relief Program How do you explain to a ten-year-old that just lost a leg to cancer that insurance will not pay for an artificial limb? At Little Star Foundation there is a medical program that assists in areas where insurance does not meet the child's or family's needs.

Educational and Spiritual Program Little Star Foundation is dedicated to enriching the educational and spiritual life of participants. Through Little Star’s Rancho Milagro project video and print materials are provided at no charge to participants, schools, hospitals and shelters on a worldwide basis.
